Trail House is hosted at play2048forfree.com on Cloudflare Pages. The game does not require an account or send your score to an online leaderboard.
What stays in your browser
Woodland 2048 uses browser local storage for your unfinished round and best score. The unfinished-round record contains the tile positions, score, move count and state needed to continue. These game records are not uploaded by the game code.
Separate browsers keep separate records. If storage is blocked, you can still play, but your progress may not survive leaving the page.
How to remove saved progress
Start fresh clears the unfinished trail. To remove all records, including your best score, use your browser's site-data settings to clear storage for play2048forfree.com. Clearing an unfinished trail does not itself remove the personal best.
Information received by hosting
Cloudflare receives request information, including an IP address, the requested page and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare's processing is described in its privacy policy. The game stores its progress on your device; this website has no player-account database.
Advertising
Adsterra supplies banners in the three advertisement spaces and one Popunder script per page. Advertising scripts load automatically; banners load when a fitting advertisement space approaches the viewport.
Popunder may open an advertising tab or window after a click. Its delivery and frequency are controlled by the advertising provider and your browser.
Adsterra and advertising partners receive request, browser, device and network information, including your IP address, and may use cookies or similar technologies for advertising. See Adsterra privacy information.
This version does not ask for or save an advertising choice. Game progress remains in its own browser storage records. Advertising availability depends on the provider and browser settings; the puzzle also works when advertising is unavailable or blocked. Use your browser's privacy and site-data settings to manage third-party storage. Clearing this website's own game records also removes saved progress.
